Your Coaching Journey Begins with a Discovery Session
Before beginning your coaching journey, we start with a complimentary Discovery Session. This initial conversation allows both coach and client to connect, clarify expectations, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. Because coaching is a collaborative and reflective process, it is essential that both parties feel comfortable and aligned.
The Discovery Session also helps establish whether coaching is the appropriate support for you at this time, ensuring you are emotionally and mentally ready to engage in a forward-focused coaching process. Where deeper therapeutic or clinical support may be required, this will be discussed openly and ethically.
This complimentary session is approximately 20–30 minutes.
Personal Development Coaching for Women
I offer an affordable 8-week Personal Development Coaching Programme, as well as individual one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and life stage.
This coaching is designed to support women who are ready to create meaningful change, strengthen emotional resilience, and step into their next chapter with confidence and clarity.

(Payable in advance once the Coaching Agreement is signed, and before coaching begins. By prior arrangement, the total may also be paid in two instalments of R3 200 each, at the beginning of each four weeks.)

Life Coaching Workshops
I will be hosting workshops covering various topics (including Self-leadership, Mindset, Mental Health and Well-being, Stress and Time-Management and Goal-Setting) from time to time, which will be held at venues (to be announced) within Centurion.
